Terms and Conditions

Un-Beaded Made to Order Items

  1. Returns and Exchanges can be made within 14 days of delivery on all Un-Beaded Made to Order Dresses  as long as it is stock standard without any customizations(e.g. skirt changes, nude mesh changes, special order fabrics/colors or any other options). Tags must still be attached and in unworn condition.
  2. There is a $50 made to order fee added into the price of each made to order item. The made to order fee is not refundable on returned items. For instance if a dress price is $250 and you return it, the refund will be for $200. Think of each dress as having a $50 restocking fee if returned.
  3. Un-Beaded Made to Order Items that have been customized are not returnable for any reason. I will only accept returns on items that are the stock standard style made in the available colors and sizes shown.
  4. Once the dress has been made any alterations will need to be made by the customer.
  5. Please check the top menu bar for wait times. If you would like an exact date please email me.

Beaded Made to Order Items

  1. Beaded Made to Order Items are not returnable once the crystals have been added. If you would like to check the fit please email me so I can set up sending you an un-beaded dress to try on before adding any crystals. Please note this will add extra time in the process of the final shipment of Beaded items.
  2. Once the dress has been made any alterations will need to be made by the customer.
  3. Please check the top menu bar for wait times. If you would like an exact date please email me.

Stock Items

  1. All stock Beaded and Un-Beaded Dresses are returnable within 14 days from delivery as long as the tags are still attached and the item is in unworn condition.  Please note if you use a discount code ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
  2. All Sales are final for any in stock Trims or Fabrics.

Shipping Returns/Exchanges

  1. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping on returns or exchanges.

International Shipping

  1. Any customs fees are paid by the customer once the package arrives. Prices shown on the website do not include customs fees.
